Cancellation Policy:

Due to the increased amount of no shows our policy has had to be updated.

We require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or adjusting any appointments.

Please call or email to reschedule or cancel.

A $75-150 late cancellation or no show fee will be applied should you not contact the clinic to cancel in the 24 hour notice time. This fee is based on the length of time held for your booking. This fee includes free consultations.

An appointment utilizing a prepaid package or loyalty rewards will result in the treatment being forfeited.
