Cancellation Policy:
Due to the increased amount of no shows our policy has had to be updated. We require 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or adjusting any appointments. Please call or email to reschedule or cancel.
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows without this notice may incur a $75–$150 fee, depending on the appointment length. This helps cover the clinic time reserved for your booking and ensures our complimentary consultations remain available to others.
An appointment utilizing a prepaid package or loyalty rewards will result in the treatment being forfeited.
